Jeremy Brownlee is a leadership developer, writer, and executive coach passionate about helping people grow into their God-given potential. With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a background in academic research on leadership development, he has spent his career studying what truly helps leaders and teams thrive.

Jeremy’s journey has taken him from the high-pressure world of law enforcement to the dynamic challenges of ministry and organizational leadership. Those experiences shaped his belief that growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens through intentional systems and relationships that call people to become more. As a certified executive coach, he has worked alongside leaders in business, nonprofits, and churches, helping them transform theory into practice and build cultures where people are developed, not just managed.

He is the author of Make the World More Awesome: Creating a Development Culture to Unlock Human Potential and Do Big Things, a practical guide to building environments where growth, purpose, and impact thrive. His work integrates biblical wisdom, systems thinking, and real-world experience into a cohesive framework for leadership transformation.

I’m going to do that by maximizing human performance and experience by developing people, building teams, and solving problems, to overcome evil with good.
